Description
This overview introduces employees to the QS-9000 Standard by providing
the information they need to understand how the Standard applies to their
business environment. The program is conducted in a two-hour
format. There are no prerequisites.
Course Highlights
- Brief history of the Standard and the compliance process
- Hierarchy of documentation
- Defining a quality system
- Employee’s role in the process
Audience
All employees who may not be involved in the development of the quality
system (i.e., human resources, finance, production)
Goals
Gain a brief understanding of the Standard and how each employee is
involved in the quality system process.
