Description
This one-day workshop teaches participants to manage the development of a
product, from concept through production. APQP team members and their
responsibilities are defined; and the other tools (FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC)
used in the APQP process are described. Developing control plans and FMEAs
and involvement in project management is a prerequisite.
