Description
A series of as needed visits to assist companies to prepare and implement a
quality/environmental management system. These visits may be one-on-one or group
assistance and are designed to help clients remain focused and maintain
momentum as they prepare their quality/environmental management system.
Project Management Highlights
- Provide guidance for persons responsible for writing documentation
- Interpret the Standard for clarity and appropriate application
- Provide assistance in the implementation of the firm’s documentation
- Audit client documentation against the Standard; offer corrective action advice
- Work with internal auditors to develop and improve auditing skills
- Work with management to ensure their understanding and role in development, implementation and maintenance of the quality/environmental management system
