Description

This one-day lecture and workshop is a hands-on session demonstrating the development of a system FMEA. Participants will learn how a system FMEA is structured to identify which processes need improvement. Software will be used to assist students in organizing and developing a system FMEA.

This course is designed to meet JCAHO requirements.
In addition to this program, a one-day process FMEA class is
required to address specific processes (or departments)
needing improvement.

Audience

Hospital and medical facility middle and upper management personnel, compliance personnel, physicians, administrators, nurses, rehab and other professionals who will be involved in developing an organization's system for using the FMEA technique.
