(Hospital System FMEA)
Description
This one-day lecture
and workshop is a hands-on session demonstrating the development
of a system FMEA. Participants will learn how a system FMEA is
structured to identify which processes need improvement. Software
will be used to assist students in organizing and developing a
system FMEA.
This course is designed
to meet JCAHO requirements.
In addition to this program, a one-day process FMEA class is
required to address specific processes (or departments)
needing improvement.

Audience
Hospital and medical
facility middle and upper management personnel, compliance personnel,

a system FMEA and to direct the utilization of the FMEA process
within their organization.
